Frequently asked questions
Do I need to create an account?
No. When you pay you receive an email with a direct link to your private portal. If you lose it, you can request a single-use code with the same email address you bought with.
What format do the documents come in?
Editable Word and Excel, never a locked PDF. Every document is written end to end around a worked example organisation, so you replace the details instead of writing from scratch.
Can I ask for a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase and provided you have not downloaded any file. Delivery is immediate, so downloading is what consumes the product. The refund policy has the detail.
Does buying a toolkit certify me?
No. Certification is granted by an accredited body after auditing that the management system exists, is applied and works. The toolkit saves you the drafting, usually the longest phase; it does not save you the operation or the evidence.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. The invoice is issued when the payment clears and stays available in your portal, with its PDF. You can enter your tax details during checkout.
Are more toolkits coming?
Yes. The ones in preparation appear in the catalogue marked "Coming soon". Write to us if you need a standard that is not there yet and we will let you know when it is published.
